1、對住房面積90平以下，繳納總房款的1％；對住房面積90至144平，繳納總房款的1.5％；對住房面積144平以上，繳納總房款的3％。
2、一般契稅都是在交房之前交，與各個開什麼開房費統一交于開發商收取，隻有你交齊了各種類的費用當然也包括契稅，這時開發商才分給你辦理交房手續。對于契稅，要等土地證、契稅證，還有房産證統一下來時才會給你。
