  1、原料:豬肚200克,姬菇100克。

  2、調料:鹽、味精、料酒、蔥、姜、蒜、胡椒粉、水澱粉、色拉油各适量。

  3、豬肚治淨,加水煮熟,改刀成片;姬菇洗淨,改刀。

  4、鍋中加油燒熱,煸香蔥,姜,蒜,加入姬菇和豬肚煸炒,加入鹽,味精,料酒,胡椒粉調味,用水澱粉勾芡,炒勻即可。
