  1、雞腿5隻,幹蔥2粒,姜汁1湯匙,蝦醬1匙,糖半茶匙,酒1湯匙,生粉半湯匙。

  2、糖半茶匙,酒1湯匙,生粉半湯匙配成腌料。

  3、雞腿洗淨,抹幹水份,略切開。

  4、幹蔥去衣洗淨,剁茸,與姜汁、蝦醬、腌料同拌勻。

  5、将拌好的調料與雞腿拌勻,腌1小時。

  6、燒油至大熱,放入雞腿炸至微黃色,轉中火再炸至熟(約10至15分鐘),撈出,濾去油份,便可供食用。
