  1、做法是将肉蟹放在器皿中加入适量白酒,蟹醉後去腮,胃,腸切成塊;将蔥、姜洗淨,蔥切成段,姜切成片;坐鍋點火放油,油至三成熱時,放入花椒、幹辣椒炒出麻辣香味時,加入姜片、蔥段、蟹塊,倒入料酒、醋、白糖、鹽翻炒均勻出鍋即食。
