  1、主料:北豆腐;輔料:豬肉餡、泡菜、鹹蘿蔔、茼蒿葉、小蔥;調料:鹽、醬油、雞精、料酒、香油、熟芝麻。

  2、烹制方法:将鹹蘿蔔切成小丁,小蔥切末,茼蒿切段,泡菜切絲,鍋中加水,放入豆腐加少許鹽煮一下,撈出過涼後放入器皿中待用;坐鍋點火倒入油,放入豬肉末炒散,放入辣白菜,加料酒、醬油、雞精調味,淋香油出鍋備用;将蘿蔔丁、小蔥、茼蒿段放入豆腐中,加入鹽、香油,用手抓碎,将炒好的泡菜肉末放在上面,撒熟芝麻即可。
