  1、原料:一根香蕉,一盒酸奶,面包片兒,雞蛋液。

  2、一根香蕉,去皮切成小丁兒,加入一盒酸奶,攪拌均勻。

  3、碗中打入兩個雞蛋,充分的攪散;面包片兒切掉四邊兒,中間放上調拌好的香蕉,邊上給它刷上一層雞蛋液,再蓋上一層面包片兒,封口均勻的裹上一層雞蛋液。

  4、平底鍋刷油,放入面包片兒,小火煎至兩面金黃。
