  1、食材:嫩羊肉1000克,枸杞子50克,蔥10克,姜5克,精鹽,雞精,料酒各少許。

  2、羊肉剁成塊洗淨。

  3、在沸水鍋裡下入羊肉焯水除去浮污,裝進汽鍋,加入香菇、火腿加蓋,上籠屜蒸45分鐘。

  4、待羊肉熟爛後 用精鹽、料酒、味精調味即成。
