6-8分鐘。帶殼生蚝蒸6-8分鐘最适宜。蒸生蚝前一定要洗幹淨,用鹽水浸泡兩個小時以上,待其吐淨泥沙沖洗幹淨,包括生蚝外部的殼和體内的泥沙都要吐淨,然後再将生蚝殼表面刷洗一下,最後用沸水燙熟生蚝至開口,再撈出後撒上調料上蒸鍋蒸6-8分鐘即可。
