清炒大蝦怎麼做好吃竅門

  1、材料:大蝦500克,鹽、料酒、雞蛋清、澱粉、油各适量。

  2、河蝦去殼成蝦仁,放入盆内,加清水攪打。

  3、撈出蝦仁再換清水攪打一次,瀝盡水後加鹽、料酒拌勻,再加雞蛋清,澱粉上漿。

  4、入溫油鍋,倒入漏勺瀝油,鍋加鮮湯少許,加鹽後放入蝦仁勾芡炒勻即可。
