  1、尖椒最好選取肉比較厚的,做出來口感更好。将尖椒清洗幹淨,去籽去筋,将尖椒切成1寸長的段,備用。

  2、半鍋油,燒熱,下尖椒,大火煎炸,用筷子翻動,煎變色變軟後,盛出來備用。

  3、鍋中不放油,大火,下入煎炸好的尖椒,将一湯勺海鮮醬油淋入,再淋入1大勺清水,收汁幾分鐘,尖椒更加柔軟,完全入味兒,盛出。
