  正宗辣白菜的腌制方法如下。

  1、準備一顆新鮮的白菜,将白菜剝皮,切成兩半,去除白菜的根部,将白菜一瓣一瓣的掰開,放入盆裡。

  2、将白菜淘洗幹淨,撒入适量食鹽,腌制出水分。将蔥切段,洋蔥切碎,蘋果搓成泥。

  3、将調料放入盤中,倒入料酒、蒜末、蝦醬、辣椒粉、蔥、洋蔥、腌好的白菜,攪拌均勻,撒上食用油翻拌即可。
