  1、食材:雞蛋2個、幾滴油、少許鹽;

  2、先将一個雞蛋打入碗中,再拿起第二個雞蛋在其頂部敲一個小口,倒出蛋清和蛋黃,蛋殼留着備用;

  3、在蛋殼裡盛滿溫水,倒入蛋液裡,兩個雞蛋需要兌兩個蛋殼的溫水;

  4、往蛋液裡加少點鹽,幾滴油。攪勻調味後,用筷子順一個方向打5分鐘蛋液;5、在碗口覆上一層保鮮膜,大火燒開鍋内的水後,放入蛋液并蓋上鍋蓋,隔水小火蒸15分鐘;

  6、取出蒸好的水蛋,撒上蔥花,水蒸蛋即成。
