  1、容器中放入雞蛋打傘。加入純牛奶和細砂糖,攪拌均勻,加入低粉和玉米澱粉,攪拌均勻,再加入黃油,攪拌均勻後過篩

  2、将面糊倒入平底鍋,倒鍋底一層,用小火煎。用竹簽輕撥,将煎好的面餅倒出來

  3、在面餅上擠上奶油。放上芒果塊。再擠上奶油,使奶油均勻包裹芒果塊。将面餅疊成四方塊。翻面即可。
