  1、準備新鮮竹筍若幹。筍皮剝開,洗幹淨。

  2、把竹筍切成絲狀。注意整個過程不能沾到油,否則竹筍容易變壞。

  3、切好的筍絲無需再清洗。

  4、把筍絲放入容器裡,倒入涼水(自來水、涼開水都可以),水以剛好淹沒竹筍為宜。最後密封好,把容器放置在陰涼的地方。五到七天即可變酸。
