  1、雞胸肉一塊,切成1厘米寬片。先切成1厘米寬的條,再切成均勻大小的丁。适量亨氏燒烤醬,生抽,老抽,鹽,麻椒粉,辣椒粉。戴上一次性手套抓勻,腌四十分鐘。腌好的雞肉丁蘸面粉。

  2、蘸雞蛋液。再均勻蘸滿面包糠。做好的雞米花胚。鍋中适量油燒六成熱。入油鍋炸至金黃撈出。炸好的雞米花瀝油,用吸油紙吸去多餘油脂。
