  1、蔥根和葉分開切,幹辣椒用剪刀剪開備用。

  2、紅蘿蔔刨成絲。

  3、撒入适量鹽腌制十幾分鐘。

  4、輕輕擠掉多餘水分。

  5、紅蘿蔔絲上放上蔥根。

  6、炒鍋燒油,下入花椒和幹紅椒小火炸花椒油。

  7、待油熱,将花椒和幹紅椒挑出來,炸好的花椒油趁熱澆入放了蔥花的紅蘿蔔絲上。調入适量生抽和白醋,拌勻後裝盤撒入剩餘的蔥葉即可
