  1、準備西蘭花、雞蛋等食材,泡好木耳,将西蘭花切成小朵,胡蘿蔔切成片。雞蛋磕入碗中,蛋清分離并打散。

  2、蛋黃煎好并切成條,裝盤。爆香蔥,姜,蒜,倒入西蘭花和胡蘿蔔,翻炒均勻。

  3、倒入高湯,沸騰後放入西蘭花和雞蛋,繼續翻炒,倒入清水,加鹽,翻炒均勻即可。
