  1、用料:浙醋,西紅柿,蜂蜜,橙汁,白糖,番茄沙司,雞蛋,五彩粒,澱粉,面包糠,蒜末。

  2、西紅柿洗淨,用刀片成大片。雞蛋打碎攪拌均勻。

  3、将西紅柿片拍上幹澱粉,然後放到雞蛋液中,再托到面包糠裡粘勻。

  4、鍋中加入色拉油将西紅柿片炸出。

  5、鍋内加少許油,加入蒜末炒香,加入蜂蜜橙汁,白糖,浙醋和番茄沙司,用水澱粉勾芡,調成汁

  6、将汁澆到擺好盤的西紅柿片上,撒上五彩粒即可。
