  1、雞蛋2個、肉末300克、料酒5克、白胡椒粉3克、香蔥适量、生抽5克。

  2、做法:香蔥切末,倒入肉末碗中,加入白胡椒粉、料酒、生抽,攪勻腌制20分鐘。

  3、碗中打入2個雞蛋,攪勻,湯勺刷油,加熱,倒入蛋液,煎至成蛋餅,放入肉餡,卷成餃子狀。
