  1、材料:泡椒幾個、泡姜2塊、泡菜汁50ml、雞胸肉200g、鹽1/2茶匙、生抽1湯匙、料酒1茶匙、澱粉少許、油3湯匙、辣椒油1湯匙。

  2、雞胸肉切丁,加生抽1湯匙,料酒1茶匙,澱粉少許抓勻,腌制20分鐘。泡菜切丁,泡椒泡姜切碎。

  3、鍋裡熱油,加入泡椒泡姜爆香,倒入雞丁大火滑炒至變色,加入泡菜丁。

  4、倒入泡菜汁,大火繼續翻炒5分鐘,加入鹽,辣椒油拌勻即可。
