  1、食材:雞蛋200克、糯米500克。

  2、首先把糯米泡12個小時,撈出控水,上鍋蒸20分鐘,把五花肉,香菇,火腿切丁備用。

  3、然後準備豌豆和胡蘿蔔丁,把面粉加澱粉,水攪成面糊,把香幹切丁,雞蛋打散。

  4、最後鍋中燒油倒入香幹,肉片和配料,翻炒均勻加蚝油,雞精,鹽,水澱粉大火收汁出鍋,平底鍋倒入面糊攤餅,加雞蛋液,米飯,配菜折疊後煎至兩面金黃即可。
