  1、材料:香椿一小把,熟雞蛋四個,鹽少許,雞精少許,芝麻油一勺。

  2、将香椿洗淨,撈出。随後,将香椿下入沸水中焯一下撈出,用涼水過涼。

  3、将過涼好的香椿控幹水分,放在案闆上切碎。

  4、将熟雞蛋剝殼、挖開、取出蛋黃,蛋白放在案闆上切碎。将切碎的蛋白擱入大碗中。然後,合入切碎的香椿,加少許鹽、少許雞精,加一勺芝麻油。拌勻即成。
