1、首先進入“設備管理器”，打開運行注冊表。
2、在運行裡輸入regedit，找到下面這個位置，HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetControlClass {4D36E96B-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}。
3、右側找到UpperFilters項把它給删除掉，然後在“設備管理器”裡卸載“鍵盤”設備，然後重新“掃描檢測硬件改動”，接着重啟電腦即可。
