  1、大蝦洗淨去蝦線,花蛤一定要吐幹淨,買的時候問老闆要點鹽水,花蛤能活更久。

  2、蔥姜蒜辣椒切好,花椒準備好,用生抽、蚝油、白糖、胡椒粉調個汁。

  3、鍋中倒油,加入花椒,然後加入蔥姜辣椒爆香,倒入大蝦翻炒,加入花蛤,倒入調好的汁,加大蒜,翻炒。蓋上鍋蓋焖到汁液基本收幹,可以出鍋了。
