  1、孕婦是可以喝綠豆湯,但最好是别放太多糖。其實孕婦喝綠豆湯的确是解暑的好辦法,但不适合長期喝,盡量少喝些。

  2、因為綠豆屬陰,對于那些性冷脾弱的準媽媽來說不适合長喝。最好在煮綠豆的時候,加些紅豆大棗一起煮,這樣可以補氣養血。綠豆湯裡别放太多糖,以免産生妊娠高血糖症。
