  1、用料:糯米粉250克、開水190克、抹茶2克、可可粉2克、紫薯粉4克、芝麻流沙餡、黃油5克、豬油55克、炒熟芝麻120克、炒熟花生20克。

  2、芝麻、花生、糖攪拌均勻磨成粉;豬油和黃油攪拌均勻。

  3、糯米粉開水攪拌均勻成團。

  4、把糯米團分團和芝麻醬分小團包在一起。
