  1、原料:250g芋艿、250g毛豆夾,輔料:鹽、桂皮、八角、雞精。

  2、方法:芋艿洗淨,放進湯鍋,水要多一點,加上鹽,八角和桂皮适量,大火煮至芋艿熟。

  3、毛豆莢用剪刀減去兩頭後洗淨,用筷子能戳進去就熟了,倒入毛豆莢大火15分鐘,之後加入适量的雞精。

  4、裝盆、開吃。
