  1、食材:黑魚1條、蔥姜蒜若幹、花椒20顆、生抽1勺、鹽若幹、料酒1勺、白酒4勺。

  2、烹饪步驟:(1)黑魚切塊,用花椒料酒,蔥姜拌一下,5分鐘後,用平底鍋煎一下。

  (2)魚肉定型後翻面,兩面都煎熟後加水,一定要加熱水,将蔥姜蒜放入。水和魚持平即可。加入生抽,白酒和鹽。

  (3)湯收的差不多就可以關火了,放一點白胡椒粉調味,放入香菜,味道鮮美。
