  1、主料:雞1隻。輔料:蔥、姜、大蒜、幹辣椒、大料、枸杞各适量。

  2、雞殺好後,剖肚,洗淨;将雞切塊;

  3、鍋内放入适量油,油熱入姜片、蔥段、幹辣椒炝鍋,炝出香味放入雞塊翻炒,待雞塊變色加入蒜瓣和大料;

  4、将雞塊翻炒兩分鐘,加入适量醬油和料酒,翻炒;

  5、加入适量鹽,翻炒兩分鐘;

  6、移入電炖鍋中;

  7、加入适量清水和枸杞,轉到高火,慢炖兩個小時;

  8、出鍋前品嘗味道,調好鹹淡出鍋。
