  1、材料:大蝦,食鹽,料酒,椒鹽。

  2、把大蝦後背剪開挑出腸線,沖洗幹淨,用适量食鹽和料酒拌勻,腌10分鐘就成;

  3、油鍋加熱到9成熱,倒入腌好的大蝦,炸上1、2分鐘撈出;

  4、油鍋再加熱到9成熱,把炸了一遍的蝦倒入,再炸2分鐘,控油撈出;

  5、裝盤,均勻撒上椒鹽即可完成。
