  1、金針菇和莴筍清洗幹淨,莴筍切成細絲,放入沸水中分别焯水後撈出瀝幹水分待用;小米辣切成圈;大蒜切碎;

  2、将适量蒸魚豉油、醋、紅油、小米辣、蒜泥、白糖、鹽、花椒粉倒入碗内拌勻待用。

  3、将堿面煮熟,用涼開水沖洗讓面條散開。

  4、将莴筍絲、金針菇放在碗中間,涼面用筷子卷成圓堆狀,淋上調好的醬汁,撒上蔥花即可食用。
