  1、準備材料:雞蛋3個、低粉115克、細砂糖45克、蜂蜜35克、玉米油40克、芝麻适量;

  2、雞蛋,糖,蜂蜜混合,隔溫水,全蛋打發至畫8字能停留較長時間不消失,預熱烤箱;

  3、篩入低粉,混合均勻,加玉米油,混合均勻;

  4、模具塗油,倒入面糊,撒上芝麻,烤箱150℃中層烤15分鐘,時間到取出晾涼即可。
