  1、主料:豬肚500克、芹菜100克。

  2、輔料:油1勺、鹽6克、蔥姜蒜适量、料酒1勺。做法:把豬肚切條。

  3、熱油,放入蒜瓣炸香撈出備用。鍋留底油。炒香蔥姜,放入芹菜煸炒。

  4、放入肚條旺火,烹入料酒。加鹽調味翻炒均勻。

  5、加入備用的熟蒜,炒勻即可關火。出鍋裝盤,即可上桌。
