  1、将整理好的羊頭下入沸水鍋中出水,除盡羊膻味;

  2、然後将羊頭放入吊鍋中吊軟,除盡羊頭裡的羊骨;

  3、将羊頭皮切成片;

  4、将小米椒用刀剁碎,加入鹽、味精、醬油、白糖、紅油對成味汁;

  5、然後将羊頭皮下入對好的味汁中拌勻即成。
