  一.材料:米100克、麥芽粉100克、水1000毫升、糖适量。

  二.方法步驟:

  麥芽粉和水攪拌均勻,放置3小時。取出上層清液備用。把米做成幹飯備用。将清液放入米飯充分攪拌。放置電飯鍋保溫功能發酵5小時。放糖煮開,撇開上面的泡沫,放涼即可。
