  1、材料:黑芝麻250克,花生250克,核桃250克,紅糖500克。

  2、芝麻、核桃、花生炒熟,搗碎。紅糖加水少許,文火熔化,入芝麻,核桃,花生略炒,倒入塗有麻油的瓷盤中,鋪平、壓實,切小塊。每食3-5克。
