  1、材料:草魚,鹽,姜,蒜,豆豉,蒸魚豆豉油,醋,蔥結,清油。

  2、新鮮草魚取一段,我這個是後半截尾巴部位,中間片幾刀,均勻的抹上鹽;

  3、在刀縫裡夾上姜片,豆豉辣椒和蒸魚豆豉油,幾滴醋調成汁淋上;

  4、加個蔥節,淋少許清油;

  5、放入平鍋裡大火蒸8分鐘就OK了。
