  1、食材:雞腳10隻,豬瘦肉500克,栗子100克,胡桃肉50克,陳皮12克。

  2、将雞腳用沸水焯過,去皮、剪甲洗淨;豬瘦肉去筋膜,洗淨,放入開水鍋内,用猛火煮5分鐘,取出洗淨。

  3、栗子煮熟去殼;陳皮浸軟,洗淨。

  4、鍋内加水适量,猛火煮沸,放入所有用料,煮沸後撇淨浮沫,改小火煮3小時,用精鹽調味即可飲用。
