  1、配方。面粉250g、油适量、白糖适量。

  2、準備好面粉和白糖。

  3、用沸水燙面,邊澆邊攪拌,并将燙好的面揉成面團。

  4、面團搓長,并切成小劑子,取其中一個拍平,捏個小窩包入白糖。

  5、包包子手法捏緊封口包實,手心拍扁。

  6、捏好放入熱油鍋中火炸至金黃酥脆,浮起油面撈起即可。
