  1、起油鍋,放入肥肉,煸出豬油,然後放入瘦肉,然後放入姜片,然後放入蔥花,放入胡椒粉,放入少量醬油(炸鍋)這樣能夠讓香味更加濃郁,但是醬油一定要少放!

  2、然後放入水,放入粉條,然後可以放入少許料酒,等待粉條八成熟的時候放入菠菜,(這個火候一定要掌握好,否則粉條太面不好吃)

  3、然後放入鹽,等待菠菜熟後,就放入味精!菠菜炖粉條就做好了!
