墨魚嘴辣的做法

  材料:

  墨魚肉200克,洋蔥1/2顆,蒜仁2顆,姜15克,辣味噌醬2大匙,料理米酒1大匙,水40毫升。

  做法:

  1、将洋蔥切成絲狀、蒜仁及姜切成細碎狀備用。

  2、把墨魚肉切成條狀後,用滾水汆燙約20秒後撈起瀝幹。

  3、取鍋燒熱後下少許沙拉油,并轉小火爆香作法1的洋蔥絲、蒜碎、姜碎後,再加入作法2的墨魚條,轉中火快炒半分鐘後加入所有調味料,再續以中火炒約1分鐘至水分略幹即可。
