腌制白蘿蔔絲的方法

  1、準備一個幹淨的容器,白蘿蔔1根,洗淨去掉頭尾在去皮。

  2、白蘿蔔先切塊,在切條,加入适量鹽淹至15分鐘淹出水分,攥幹放在無水無油的容器中。

  3、加入5克鹽、30克白糖、60克白醋,加點小米辣和10粒花椒、一袋泡椒,最後加涼白開沒過蘿蔔條,拌勻密封1到2天就可以吃了,放冰箱冷藏口感更佳。
