  1、蘿蔔去皮切滾刀大塊,蔥切大段,鍋中倒入清水,放入羊小排,倒入料酒、蔥段、姜片,攪拌均勻。

  2、去除血沫,撈出羊小排,将清水倒入砂鍋,放進蔥、姜和羊小排,撒上料酒。

  3、放入蘿蔔塊調入鹽,加入泡軟的粉條,起鍋後加入香菜即可。
