  1、鲩魚頭1個約500克,生菊花葉30克,生姜2片,味精、鹽各适量。

  2、鲩魚頭洗淨,對開切成2瓣,除去魚鰓、黑骨。

  3、菊花葉洗淨,用紗布包裹、紮緊。

  4、取一中号砂鍋,加入沸水約八分鐘,再投下魚頭和姜片,待其烹沸後,撇去泡污。

  5、投入菊花葉包,改以文火煲至爛透。

  6、食用前,先除去葉包和姜片,調入味精和鹽即可。
