  1、首先用熱水将香料泡約半小時花椒泡漲之後撈出瀝幹,将輔料一同放入鍋裡拌勻。

  2、接着牛油融化加入色拉油燒熱,把燒好的油舀到和勻的調料上面邊淋油邊攪拌,淋完後用中火熬制。

  3、在調料炒到快幹時下剁好的辣椒用大火炒至沸騰時改用小火,加入白酒繼續炒制到各原料水分快幹時加香料和花椒,炒5至10分鐘再下辣椒面炒勻即成。
