  筍幹炒肉:

  1、将筍幹先用水泡一到兩天,然後用高壓鍋加腌過筍的水焖15分鐘後取出;

  2、将焖好的筍幹切條,豬肉切片後用少許鹽,生粉和料酒抓勻腌15分鐘,蔥切馬耳狀;

  3、炒鍋燒熱,加入1湯匙油,将豬肉放入炒散斷生後加入筍幹和蔥一起翻炒;

  4、加入适量的生抽醬油,少許糖和料酒,炒至豬肉熟了即可出鍋。
