1、往頭發上抹上熱能活力乳，或者噴防熱噴霧，然後将頭發分區，可以簡單的分為上下兩層。
2、在第一層頭發裡取一束頭發，然後用滾梳梳順頭發，從發根梳向發尾，而且梳頭這個過程還需要用熱風吹頭發。
3、然後将滾梳繞着發尾向内卷，慢慢的卷向發根位置，内卷時也要全程吹頭發，而且要熱風。等頭發滾梳差不多到發根的時候，轉用冷風定型。
4、重複上面幾個操作，直到頭發全部都處理成卷發即可。
