  1、鍋置火上放油燒至八成熱,将菜心放入略煸炒後盛盤裡待用,斷生即可。

  2、将鍋洗淨置火上,放油燒八成熱後放入蔥段、姜末炒出香味,再将香菇下鍋炒約一分鐘。

  3、放入菜心,加水三湯匙,加入适量鹽、白糖、用中小火焖煮約五分鐘,用澱粉勾芡,放雞精,拌勻。
