  1、準備蔥花切碎,玉子豆腐,蝦仁切塊,竹筍切段,将蝦仁放入料盆中,加食鹽,料酒,澱粉少許,腌制十分鐘。

  2、把雞蛋液打人碗中攪勻,加入少許澱粉攪拌均勻,将豆腐倒入盆中,裹上雞蛋液煎至兩面金黃撈起備用。

  3、放入蔥花,蝦仁和竹荪,加入清水,蚝油,放入玉子豆腐,炒熟後裝盤即可。
