  1、材料:生菜4棵、蒜頭幾粒、蚝油若幹。

  2、生菜洗幹淨後,用鹽水泡着;

  3、蒜頭剁成蒜蓉待用;

  4、把一鍋水燒開,放油,放生菜進去,水要浸過菜面;

  5、生菜很容易熟的,不用煮太長時間,打開鍋蓋煮5、6分鐘,中間用筷子幫它們翻翻身,讓菜受熱均勻,很快就可以裝碟了。

  6、熱油鍋,放蒜蓉爆香,放進蚝油拌勻,把蚝油蒜蓉做成的芡汁淋在生菜上面,用筷子拌勻。
